How do I return or exchange an item?

Returns

Items eligible for return must be postmarked within 30 days of the original delivery. In order for any item to be eligible for return it must be unworn, undamaged and unwashed. OPENED UNDERWEAR IS NOT RETURNABLE. If you return undies that are unsealed they will be discarded, we will not ship them back to you. For obvious reasons we are very conscious of the hygienic issues that could arise if in fact we accepted this particular category of merchandise as a return. This policy is adhered to for the sake of our customers safety as well as for their peace-of-mind. UNDERWEAR MAY BE RETURNED IF the individual package is unopened, specifically meaning the seal has not been broken and there have been no attempts to repackage. We are very meticulous in our returns because we care about our customers. ALL SALE ITEMS ARE CONSIDERED FINAL AND ARE NOT RETURNABLE. Merchandise must have all tags, attached. If you do return what you purchased we are so sorry. Simply contact us at, info@undies.com, and we will email you a return shipping label promptly. Please keep the box we sent as our gift to you, and simply ship your items back in either an envelope or in the original corrugated shipping box.

Exchanges

At Undies our focus is on getting our merchandise to the customer in the fastest, most efficient way possible at no charge to you (applies to standard shipping only). In order for us to do that, we cannot accept exchanges as the process can be involved and keeps the product out of your hands for a longer period of time. This is why instead of exchanging, we ask that you simply return the item for a refund and place a new order. We promise the entire process will be far faster and you will have what you want far sooner. And as always, the Undies box is our gift to you.*Of course, if for any reason your merchandise arrives damaged at no fault of your own, or if you receive an incorrect order, Undies will absolutely work to make it right at no penalty to you.

Refunds

Refunds on returned items will be issued in the same payment form as tendered at the time of purchase. Once we receive and inspect the product we will credit your account immediately and send you a communication confirming receipt. To request a return label please contact us at, info@undies.com. If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card it will ship within three business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provide when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within that timeframe please feel free to call us at 1-844-810-0401, during business hours, 9am-5pm EST Monday through Thursday, and Friday 9am-3pm, or email us at info@undies.com.


Can I track my order?

Yes, of course you can track your order. If you are registered with Undies.com you simply need to log into your account and click on "Order History", then find the order you are looking to track and click on "Track Order". If you aren't a registered Undies.com user, you should be! Just kidding, you should have received an email from us with a confirmation of your shipment and a tracking number that links directly to the shipping information. If neither of those options are what you are looking for, you can always call our customer care department at, 1-844-810-0401, during business hours 9am-5pm EST Monday through Thursday, Friday 9am-3pm, and they will be happy to help you.


Can I cancel my order?

All orders cancelled after 24 hours are subject to a 20% restocking/administration fee based on the total number of items cancelled if your order has been packaged for shipment. Please note our customer care department will always try and avoid a restocking fee, if your item has not been packed you will not be charged. If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds can only be issued to the original credit card used when placing the original order.


Can I order by phone?

We currently do not take orders over the phone. 


Does Undies.com ship internationally?

Unfortunately we don't ship internationally...yet! It is our goal and as soon as we do we will let everyone know.


What shipping methods do you offer?

* Free Standard Shipping on purchases of $35 or more. $6 Standard Shipping on    orders $34 or less. We ship to the 48 Continental United States (5-7 business days).
* We are sorry but free shipping to Alaska, Puerto Rico and Hawaii is not available.
* Standard shipping 6-9 business days to these areas will be 14.95.
* No express offered.
